Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to have you join us for Couples Retreat! Please review our booking and cancellation policy below: BOOKING & PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of $150 secures your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than Sunday, April 6, 2025. Payment plans may be available—contact the Finance Office for details. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations on or before April 1, 2025, will receive a refund minus the deposit. After April 1, payments are non-refundable due to retreat commitments. Registrations cannot be transferred without prior approval. If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded. If you have any questions, please contact the Church Office. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to an unforgettable retreat together!
