THE PURPOSE OF FAITH BAPTIST CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

Faith Baptist Christian Academy (FBCA) is a ministry of Faith Baptist Church, created to partner with parents in fulfilling their God-given responsibility to raise their children “in the nurture and admonition of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). We are committed to providing a Christ-centered education that equips students both academically and spiritually, helping them grow into faithful servants of God.

Our mission is to integrate biblical truth into every area of learning, demonstrating how the Creator is present in all aspects of life and study. At FBCA, we help students recognize:

This ministry exists to aid the faithful members of Faith Baptist Church in raising their children with a foundation of faith, wisdom, and academic excellence. Students at FBCA are not only challenged to meet high academic standards but are also nurtured spiritually to develop a love for God and a willingness to serve Him.

When students graduate from FBCA, our goal is for them to be well-prepared to excel in their post-high school education, chosen career path, or wherever God leads, ready to live out their faith boldly and confidently in the world.

FBCA is privileged to be supported by an Advisory Board that serves as a listening and consultative resource for the administrative team. Meeting at least quarterly—and more often as needed—the board receives updates on the state of the school and offers perspective, recommendations, and matters for the administration to consider. The Advisory Board does not govern the school or make final decisions; its role is to provide thoughtful counsel regarding policies, finances, ethics, and other areas affecting the school.

FBCA’s Administrative Team works together to provide faithful, experienced leadership for our church and school ministries. Mrs. Barbie Smith brings invaluable knowledge and perspective from more than 20 years of service as FBCA’s administrator. Mrs. Shawna Blue, an FBCA alumna, now provides administrative oversight for both ministries. Mrs. Jessica Smith, Finance Manager, supports FBCA’s financial operations and careful stewardship of its resources, while Pastor Daniel Kirchner provides pastoral oversight and guidance for the academy’s daily operations.
