Dear Churches and Friends, November 2024

Several years ago, we started a foundation here in Thailand to help get a visa and work permit. I need a visa and work permit to live in Thailand. The work permit is really like receiving permission to volunteer in the country. Our foundation is called Cornerstone, and has been a great help in getting a visa. However, the visa is only good for one year. Each November we have to prepare and submit paperwork to receive a one-year extension for the visa. The requirements seem to grow year by year, but we are pleased to announce that we received our visa extension for next year. In addition to helping receive a visa and work permit, the foundation also opens doors to minister. So, we are thankful to have a foundation.
Bible Baptist Church has started a verse-by-verse study of Thessalonians. The study is held on Friday nights and is similar to an institute class. It has been well attended and well received.
On a sour note, we have had two young men leave the church. Both seem to be connected with cell phones and internet. One young man was pulled away through social media. He has connected with several girls through the media sites and is now in love with this present world. Another young man got addicted to gaming and gambling through the cell phone. It is sad to see young men get pulled away from church.

Dear Churches and Friends, July 2024

Bible Baptist Church had a visitor named Mai. He graduated college a few years ago with Deat. We had witnessed to him during college, but he showed little interest. However, since graduating his life plans haven’t gone as expected and he fell on some hard times. Mai came to visit Deat a few times and we were able to sit and talk to him about life and death. After a Bible study and good discussion, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour. It is sad but true that people in general wait till they are in trouble before they seek God. We thank God for Mai’s salvation and for His great mercy and longsuffering.
Our church also translated another book into Thai. We translated The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom. Her autobiography is an excellent book that will be a real blessing to the Thai Christians. We put it on a Thai Christian web page so others can download it for free. Bible Baptist Church has also started two new Bible studies. The first study is from the Old Testament about who the Jews are. We have several new Christians in the group, so a Jewish study will help start a foundation for future Bible studies. The second study is the book of Thessalonians. We will do a verse-by-verse study of Thessalonians.

Dear church 
we are grateful for your prayers and impulse. 
 We continue working to reach Colombia for Christ. I want to tell you that we continue to plant the new church that is on the outskirts of Bogotá in a city called Mosquera. Thank God we continue to win souls during the week and the plan. What we will continue is to open Bible studies in homes in order to gain the trust of people and then reach others for Christ. The church is going well. Some people have been added. There are visitors and a good spirit. 
We recently had to change places to a cheaper one. It is not that big but it will help us to continue having services on Sundays while we grow. Let us remember that this church has only been in Mosquera for four months. The churches of sound doctrine are null there are none. and that is why we see the importance of the call to maintain this church and continue planting many more. 
The church in Bogotá is going well we are growing the brothers are committing much more and we are planning next year to do much better reaching more people aiming to bring Christ to other places  
our prayer requests are:
provision for a van for the use of the church. 
provision for a sound system for the new church in Mosquera
